Recently, while the battery market for electric vehicles (EVs) has been gradually expanding, the status shows that the expansion of battery module and pack parts and of consignment manufacturers is increasing. In addition, each vehicle OEM is presenting an integrated platform dedicated to EVs.

This report examined the module and pack element parts and their manufacturing processes for each battery type, including pouch-type, cylindrical, and prismatic.
