As newly home-based workers have opted overwhelmingly for multifunction printers (MFPs) in lieu of SFPs, consumer purchasing has been insufficient to overcome weaker office demand. While 2021 will bring increased office purchases, the SFP market remains a mature market in decline, as MFPs continue to chip away at their market share. Still, we still expect SFPs to retain a sustainable position in the market.
