These include a desire to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience (CX) while cutting costs and increasing organizational efficiency," said Douglas Hayward, research director for Digital Strategy Consulting and Agency Services. "Demand growth will remain in double digits for all three macroregions - the Americas, EMEA, and Asia/Pacific - during the forecast period. But we'll see a gradual moderation of growth rates as demand matures and markets naturally begin to saturate. To succeed in this market, consultancies need to lead with business and not technology to keep people at the center of their digital offerings - to stress the continued role of legacy technology in making 'the new' successful and to take their clients to innovation at scale."
