The primary impetus for organizations to seed digital innovation is the swath of opportunities and threats that digital technology presents. The Digital Strategy Innovation Model must be adopted in the organization's strategic planning exercise. To facilitate such a digital innovation exercise, it is prudent for organizations to create an environment for digital innovation and promote innovative behavior within its day-to-day operations."There is no single proven formula for success in innovation because every organization, and especially its people, is unique. However, we firmly believe that if companies enable digital innovation to be seeded in each employee, in their own way, each employee has an opportunity to develop to a more innovative state of mind. In turn, these companies will have a better chance to stay relevant in the innovation race.
