This study presents the results of IDC's Supply Chain Risk and Resiliency MaturityScape Benchmark Survey and should be viewed as a supplement to IDC MaturityScape: Supply Chain Risk and Resiliency. It is written for CIOs and other executives leading information technology initiative at their companies and will provide helpful insights for line-of-business leaders. Together, the two studies offer a comprehensive overview of the IDC MaturityScape framework for supply chain risk and resiliency. This framework identifies the stages, critical measure, business outcomes, and actions required for organizations to effectively develop companywide risk and resiliency capability. This specific study presents the current state of the market based on quantitative research. These results will enable organizations to work with IDC to assess their own maturity level with respect to risk and resiliency against other U.S. organizations."With the requirements on today's supply chains to be faster and more reliable, the importance of comprehensive risk assessment and resiliency to disruption has never been more important.
