The landscape of voice platforms and services used by Western European businesses is in a process of transition. This IDC study provides an overview of adoption trends in business voice services and platforms in Western Europe and offers two kinds of metric for assessing the pace of change. The first looks at end-user licenses or extensions in use, and the other looks at revenue for voice connectivity services and IP voice equipment.The document contains a 2015-2020 forecast for Western Europe by the type of business fixed voice licenses/extensions and another forecast by business voice services revenue and on-premises IP voice equipment revenue.
