This IDC study provides strategic and in-depth insights from respondents in Benelux, with particular focus on cloud and unified communications and collaboration (UC&C). This study is part of a series of reports from IDC's annual Western European Enterprise Communications Survey, which provides valuable insight on companies' attitudes toward cloud and hosting, fixed data, unified communications and collaboration, video, network life-cycle services, and data network services in Western Europe. The survey was completed via a webinar.

"More than a third of organizations in Benelux rated the investment in advanced products and services as very important. Investment areas are cloud, datacenter facilities, and network equipment, which leads to additional opportunities for providers in fairly mature markets," said Sylvia Wunsche, research analyst, IDC EMEA Telecom and Networking.
