However, among this unpredictability, the communications market, although shaken, demonstrates its resilience," says author Manish Nargas, research manager, IDC's Consumer Services and Mobile research. "Having navigated arguably the worst of the storm, vendors and service providers are encouraged to look to a brighter future and to build on the new (resettled) foundations, wherever they may lay."
