Isothermal nucleic acid technologies are used in recombinant DNA and molecular biology techniques. These techniques are used in detection and analysis of a small quantity of nucleic acids. Polymerases chain reaction is based on isothermal nucleic acid amplification technology. The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is most widely used method for DNA amplification.
