Energy drinks are aggressively advertised with the promise that they would offer you more energy and raise your mental and physical performance. Energy drinks appear to be equally popular over the world, including in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The majority of Saudi University students who took part in the study acknowledged that they regularly consume energy.

The safety of these items has recently been the subject of serious questions. Numerous studies have revealed harmful health impacts linked to energy drinks.
