Abstract
In 2004, the HB LED industry supplied a world market of $3.7 billion in
packaged devices. In addition, another $890 million in epitaxial wafers and
chips was shipped to HB LED packagers by merchant suppliers. This production
was carried out by a global network of over 100 companies, producing at
different levels of the HB LED vertical supply chain. To address the
increasing complexity and dramatic recent growth of the HB LED industry,
Strategies Unlimited has prepared a comprehensive report that provides
detailed information on 74 producers of HB-LEDs, including epitaxial wafers
and chips as well as packaged devices. High-Brightness LED Global Supplier
