總論

目錄

Interest in South East Asian micro grid market is gradually increasing. Industries such as new and renewable energy (including solar power), ESS, information technology (including smart grid) consider the South East Asian market as the next international market to expand to. Low level of electrification, unstable power supply, and island geographic conditions allow the market to have high potentials.

Power demand is surging due to continuous economic development of the region, but most countries are not able to fulfill the demand. As construction of new power plants is one of the highest priorities among government policies, South East Asian governments are encouraging participation of private businesses and foreign investments. Also, since major South East Asian countries are providing incentives such as tax benefits to increase ESS generation rates, outlook of the micro grid market is bright. SNE Research predicts the South East Asian market to grow 73.2 times or 61.1% yearly in terms of capacity from 36MWh (53.6 billion won) in 2014 to 2,619MWh (2.1 trillion won) in 2015, and 39 times or 50.3% yearly in terms of value.

This report "South East Asian Micro Grid Market Forecaster (2014-2023F)" includes analysis of micro grid technologies and current state, and analyzes and forecasts South East Asian power, new and renewable energy, smart grid, and micro grid markets. Also, it gives detailed analysis of current states of total of eight nations including Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines. Analysis has also been conducted for business plans of major global organizations, nations, and companies that has already been running micro grid projects in South East Asia from a long time ago. This report will be highly appropriate for customers that intends to acquire general information about South East Asian nations and the micro grid market, and information about business plans of major supporting organizations and global firms.
