Word from the author
“We expect that engineering construction will be the major growth driver
for the construction industry in Poland in the coming years, thanks to
projects co-funded by the EU and works connected with the preparations to Euro
2012. We also expect to see a market revival in the segment of public utility
buildings. Another positive aspect are also the more and more ambitious
projects planned by developers already active on the market.”
Bartlomiej Sosna, Senior Construction Analyst.
