The Global Airport Baggage Handling System Market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 7.92% to reach $ X.XX billion by the year 2020. In the wake of the rising terrorism around the world, airports have become very strict with baggage security. The security process takes time and affect the overall efficiency of baggage handling operations. This has made the importance of having state of the art baggage handling systems even more important as, most airlines in order to increase profits are putting immense focus on the turnaround times of an aircraft. Some airlines like South West routinely make turnarounds below 30 minutes, and an effective baggage handling system plays a vital role in this.
