Overview
This is the only report of its kind on the market and it provides an overview
of the auction in a spreadsheet format that gives the industry observer a
"score card" on each bidder for 700 MHz spectrum under the following criteria:
(1) probable licenses sought by the bidder, (2) type of business of the bidder
(telco, ISP, cellular, etc), and (3) bidder web site and FCC Registration
Number. Over 200 bidders are covered !!
