Machine vision is a key component of automation, enabling tasks as varied as unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) navigation, aligning automobile doors in an assembly line, and sorting prescription medications during packaging. Demand for more advanced vision systems is growing daily, but system design is inefficient, and many companies struggle to hire the right talent to develop the systems they need.
