Abstract
Automotive has been one of the most consistent growth markets for suppliers of
electrical motors for many years. Although vehicle sales volumes are currently
falling in some regions, fitment of a range of automotive systems that use
electrical motors is forecast to grow quickly, offering manufacturers
significant long term opportunities. This is a proposal document for a report
on the worldwide market for electrical motors in automotive applications. The
document outlines the proposed scope and timetable, and it provides
