About Personal Care Ingredients

Personal care ingredients are used in the production of skin care products, hair care products, cosmetics, fragrances and toiletries, and oral hygiene products. These ingredients contribute to the aroma, moisturizing capability, and conditioning features of personal care products.

Personal care ingredients are of two types: active and inactive.
