Abstract
This IDC study shows the results of the European WAN Manager Survey 2007.
"As the complexity of the ICT infrastructure increases, companies will turn to
third parties to compensate for their lack of in-house expertise, or out of
cost considerations. This applies to both the implementation and management of
converged and UC environments," said Roosmarijn Cornelissen, research analyst,
European Network Life-Cycle Services.
