Abstract

This IDC study shows the results of the European WAN Manager Survey 2007. "European companies are slowly coming around to the advantages offered by a hosted VoIP solution, as seen in this survey. IDC believes that there will be opportunities for a number of providers, especially in key niches such as SMBs," said Roosmarijn Cornelissen, research analyst, European Network Life-Cycle Services.
