Abstract
This study provides analysis of results of the IDC European Services Survey
carried out in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the U.K., Benelux, and the
Nordics between November 2007 and January 2008. The results are based on 717
interviews with enterprises with over 250 employees.
The study analyzes IT outsourcing trends among European companies, and focuses
on:
- European enterprises' general attitude and perceived value of outsourcing IT
- IT outsourcing adoption patterns and future intentions
- Key drivers to IT outsourcing
- Respondent companies' satisfaction levels with current IT outsourcing contracts
