This IDC study presents the results of IDC's 2015 Enterprise Communications Survey, related to the business voice and UC&C markets in EMEA. It covers the status of current deployments and EMEA businesses' priorities for future investment in voice and UC&C technologies.
"Our survey shows that cloud-based UC&C solutions are becoming popular in the EMEA market. Slightly more than one-fourth (26%) of organizations using UC&C solutions in EMEA in 2015 claimed that at least part of the functionalities were delivered in an as-a-service model. The survey shows that businesses in EMEA are increasingly asking how communications technologies will increase their business processes efficiency and employee satisfaction.
