"The vendors serving the market for learning management as part of an integrated talent management suite have advanced their offerings in features and functions through both organic development and acquisition," says Lisa Rowan, program director, HR, Talent, and Learning Strategies for IDC. "Through IDC's survey, buyers overall indicated satisfaction with the depth of capability offered and with customer service. Buyers expressed less satisfaction with integration with core HR. Such integration is becoming more important to buyers."
