This IDC Insight provides an overview of the UCaaS market in Australia, looking at some of the developments from the technology vendor community and SP road maps. We also consider the implications of what we believe to be a Cisco-Microsoft tug of war and provide an overview of how this is playing out in other regions, particularly the United States and Europe, looking into the product strategies for AT&T, BT, Orange Business Services, and Verizon Business.
