目錄

Abstract

This IDC study explores the results of a survey of Canadian small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with 1–499 employees on their telecom services buying behaviour, as well as a sizing of the telecom SMB market in Canada over the next five years. This study offers insight and analysis for providers looking to optimize their marketing and sales efforts in this space.

"The telecom services market in the Canadian SMB sector continues to offer up opportunity even while economic factors impede growth in some areas. To capitalize on growth, both telecommunications providers and IT vendors need to apply appropriate sales and marketing strategies guided by this research," said Paul Edwards, director, SMB and Channel Strategies Research.
