Abstract
This IDC Insight presents an analysis of UC channel partners
in APEJ to shed light on their UC-related strategy and
execution path in an economically challenging business environment. This study
provides IDC' s perspectives on UC channel partners as they deal
with the early challenges of building a new UC business
stream by targeting their installed base of customers.
