in 2008.

by IDC' s 13 foundation market categories.
The study answers the following

do end users have to say about their experiences with
third-party ITS providers?

Russian integrators that previously had numerous large projects to tender
for now compete even for small projects. As competition on
the market becomes fiercer, customers will seek out vendors that
can provide the best value-for-money solutions, thus leaving vendors to
face increasing pricing pressure. This will spur competition further and
may lead to changes in certain ITS vendors' market position."
