Abstract
This IDC study presents findings from a QuickPoll survey fielded
to IDC' s Enterprise Panel to assess adoption of video in
the enterprise for internal communications and employee training and gain
insight into customer plans for video over the next two
years.
"Our survey results highlight the growing use of video in
the enterprise, and point to continued growth in the use
of enterprise video across a broad array of use cases
over the next year or two," said Melissa Webster, IDC
program vice president for Content and Digital Media Technologies. "We
may also start to see delivery to mobile devices and
iPods becoming more important."
