德國的防衛產業:潛水艇及坦克車的生產維持首位

德國所有的防衛籌措都在聯邦國防技術籌措廳(BWB)的管轄下。
陸軍、海軍及空軍對BWB提出必要的系統。之後BWB分配資金,決定供應商。作為聯邦政府關聯機關的BWB,因為是德國防衛系統的唯一買主,擁有很強的談判力。
