沙烏地阿拉伯的防衛產業有成長傾向

Global Informaiton Inc. 開始代理銷售ICD Research所發行的報告書「The Saudi Arabian Defense Industry - Market Opportunities and Entry Strategies, Analyses and Forecasts to 2016 (沙烏地阿拉伯的國防工業:市場機會·參與策略·分析與預測(∼2016年))」。

本報告書中分析了沙烏地阿拉伯防衛產業的市場機會、以及海外獲得OEM市場佔有率的參加戰略分析。

保全上的威脅、地區性敵對關係、以及重要的保全基礎設施保護的必要性等要素,使得沙烏地阿拉伯的防衛支出到2016年之前都有成長的前景。

該國防衛預算全體中,設備投資比例至今記錄是30%程度。預測期間内也預估會是安定的維持相同程度。

沙烏地阿拉伯的防衛預算,在2010年中是GDP的10.1%、但到了2016年會成為8.5%。這是因為沙烏地阿拉伯GDP成長率將會比防衛支出的成長率更高。

受到國內外的威脅,沙烏地阿拉伯政府預估將持續以GDP的8.6%做為國防費用支出。石油價格高漲,莫大的能源收益流入,以及全球的石油需求,預估都將持續牽引著沙烏地阿拉伯的國防支出。

伊朗長距離飛彈技術的進步,讓沙烏地阿拉伯的先進防空機能之開發變得刻不容緩,飛彈防衛領域的需求將特別重大。也因此,彈道迎擊飛彈系統的需求會更加高漲。

更進一步說,沙烏地阿拉伯也計畫著海軍基礎設施的大幅度近代化,這將影響著包含哨戒機在內的海洋兵器之需求吧。地區性的緊張與海盜攻擊的增加,讓沙烏地阿拉伯政府考慮購買先進的海洋防衛武器。
