This IDC Insights report explores how traditional and mobile unified communications (UC) will drive many process improvements in healthcare, most notably, improving patient safety and patient outcomes while reducing costs through productivity and efficiency gains. "Although healthcare providers are relatively early in the UC and mobile UC adoption cycle," states Lynne A.
