Abstract
This research service provides a thorough analysis of various aspects of the
healthcare industry in Russia and some CIS countries (Ukraine, Kazakhstan,
Belarus). Originally, the research provides the insight of the impact of
socio-economic and political factors on the development of the healthcare
industry. After that, the major developments in the healthcare system have
been discussed, with an implication on the market participants. Finally, the
industry has been covered from the pharmaceutical and medical devices
perspective providing details on the major industry trends, competitive
structure, supply chain and the impact of governmental support and reform.
