Pesticide price plays an important role in Chinese pesticide market. In 2013, China's pesticide price experienced fluctuations in the whole year, owing to the influence of factors like high pressure from environmental protection pressure, weak demand and climate changes.In the first half of 2014, these factors still worked on the price change. Meanwhile, the pesticide price index was still determined by the one of herbicides and influenced by those of other kinds of pesticides as well.

The major categories of pesticides in China included herbicides, insecticides and fungicides, this report introduces the general information, price and capacity and output of different pesticide products, such as glyphosate, paraquat, abamectin, chlorpyrifos, carbendazim and azoxystrobin in recent years. Moreover, this report gave predictions about the price trend of pesticides in China in H2 2014.
