Human thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) exerts its action through various signaling cascades such as cAMP cascade and the phospholipase C beta-mediated inositol phosphate generation. Further, it will give signaling to NF-kappa B, mitogen activated protein kinases, protein kinase C modules.

There are today 226 companies plus partners developing 315 TSH pathway targeting drugs in 1330 developmental projects in cancer. In addition, there are 4 suspended drugs and the accumulated number of ceased drugs over the last years amount to another 150 drugs. Tsh Signaling Pathway In Oncology Drug Pipeline Update lists all drugs and gives you a progress analysis on each one of them. Identified drugs are linked to 183 different targets.
