REASONS FOR DOING THE STUDY

the global arthroscopy market. The focus is on products and procedures
currently used or under development for large- and small-joint arthroscopy,

The global market for arthroscopic devices was estimated at $2.8 billion in
2010, with high single-digit growth estimated through 2015. Different segments

damage, as well as age-related damage from rheumatoid arthritis. With the
aging of the global population, minimally invasive techniques will be

tolerable and convenient for patients.
