The global food retail industry has been experiencing steady growth in the last couple of years. With a marked change in customer preference, a sharp move towards online shopping, rising global population and an increase in the purchasing power of emerging markets, the global food retail industry continues to grow at a good pace with the above mentioned factors driving the industry.
