服務敏捷性是促進虛擬化、新一代網路(以下vNGN)長期的因素、另外NFV(網路功能虛擬化)的成本抑制效果為短期的促進因素。通訊服務操作者(CSP)各企業、為了讓物理的/虛擬化網路可以共存、開始摸索進化各企業的運用支援系統(OSS)的方法。因此、成為NFV及SDN(軟體定義網路)引進殆滯。新一代型的虛擬OSS架構(vNGN-OSS)、比既存的OSS更便宜且敏捷性高、自動化的進步、虛擬網路的柔軟性、彈力性皆可對應、且比傳統型網路更容易管理。
本報告書為全球各國CSP的vNGN-OSS--虛擬化、新一代型網路的OSS(運用支援系統)--ソ的引進趨勢之分析、傳統型OSS的課題及、今後系統的開發、運用之各條件的調查、結果概述如下。
Service agility is the long-term driver for vNGNs, whereas cost optimisation from NFV will be the short-term goal.
Communications service providers (CSPs) are seeking guidance on how to evolve their OSS environment to support coexisting physical and virtualised networks. This is inhibiting deployments of network function virtualisation (NFV) and software-defined networking (SDN). This next-generation OSS architecture (vNGN-OSS) needs to be less expensive, more agile and more automated than established OSS, and has to match the flexibility and elasticity of a virtualised network while still being able to manage traditional networks.
