This AMI study is based on an in-depth survey of Australia Cloud Channel partners, MSPs, Cloud Consultants, Hosters, Apps Providers, Aggregators, etc. The study provides various insights into the cloud-focused channel partners in Australia and puts forward a multitude of valuable information such as; Partners' Business Characteristics/profile, segregation by key business models, Major Cloud solutions offered, etc. It also gives an insight into the existing partners' relationships with vendors, their expectations and levels of satisfaction with cloud vendors, any need-gaps, etc. AMI has developed an innovative segmentation of Australia channel partners. These three segments are: "Cloud Transformed", "Cloud Migrating" and "Cloud Laggards". Finally, the report also provides a glimpse into the future trends that suggest a gradual transformation of partners from a product-driven business model to a more service-oriented one.
