Abstract

ATLANTIC-ACM's 6th annual Business Connectivity Report Card study is an industry-wide, survey-based study that enables small and medium-sized business and enterprise customers to provide feedback on multiple carriers, including wireless carries. The study analyzes carrier performance on an operational and product basis.

The 2011 edition of the report compiles data from over 1,000 respondents and nearly 3,500 individual carrier ratings. The resulting analysis provides insight into carriers' strengths and weaknesses from the customer point of view.
