Cancellations :

Reservations can be changed; any other modifications are subject to a surcharge of €9.10.

For all cancellations made before 15 October 2008, a processing fee of €7.60 will be charged.
For all cancellations made between 15 October 2008 and 2 November 2008, the equivalent of the price of one night in the hotel will be charged.
After 2 November 2008, 50% of the total price of booked services will be charged (minimum one night).

Deposit: All booking requests must be accompanied by a deposit equal to the price of one night in the first choice of hotels, with balance due upon receipt of the invoice from Alpha Visa Congrès/DGS 2008.
