有效的癌治療藥之創藥和開發

網路藥理學乃指研究人員能正確理解藥物發生作用的機制之科學，已蔚為創藥及新藥開發領域的新領域。以解決臨床試驗後期階段化合物/分子耗損的問題為目標，製藥業界致力於自我檢查，為加深對臨床前階段領導性分子的理解，採用多次元的新方法。藥學研究人員相當早以前就已體認到違反有效的癌治療藥1個標的1種藥劑想法的「複合藥理」之活性的事實。本討論會中能直接遇到參與癌治療各種領域的專家，聆聽其對複數標的的功效為新藥開發打開一條道路的可能性等意見。運用由藥理染色體組、標的識別、電腦的建模、分析開發、系統生物學等產生的網路藥理學，活用可利用的資訊，掌握對各種分子複數標的的效果。此外，網路藥理學在賦予藥劑地位和變更目的作業迅速化之點上亦有一定的作用。此討論會中，從事創藥和新藥開發的製藥業界和大學、政府機關的專家齊聚一堂，介紹網路藥理學的技術、策略和方法等。請勿錯過參加亦能接觸到低分子化合物和高分子化合物開發專案的個案研究、有關網路藥理學應用的專題討論會之此機會。
