De-Risking Drug Discovery
-減輕創藥風險學會-
各種標的和因應分子的策略與技術

這次是第一次舉行的該學會，大學、關聯業界、政府機關的代表者齊聚一堂，針對減輕臨床前階段及臨床階段醫藥品候選化合物風險的最新策略、手法和技術交換意見。由於減輕風險策略的進步，雖不能說是已充分具備，亦有可能評估風險、改善資源（人、資金、時間）的配置，或降低醫藥品整體的虧損率。此學會中，處理低分子及高分子化合物的製藥和生物科技領域的專家齊聚一堂，分析為減輕風險可利用的手續、技術及商務面的方法等。此外，還有採用風險少的領導型化合物和將減輕製程風險的方法引進組織內、各種商務模式的方法及使其有效的方法、CRO中活用專業知識的方法、變更擴大開發失敗的醫藥品和風險高的專案可能性之產品賦予的地位、以及變更目的等主題，亦針對標的重要性和減輕分子等級的風險、複數不同策略有必要的理由等進行討論。若使用新技術或應用技術，就能改善創藥風險或早期算出損失額。請勿錯過能聆聽創藥、藥物安全性、毒物學、展開醫療等領域的專家提示獨自的方法論和經驗，在各種活動中互相發表經驗和專業知識，以及能與業界和學界專家建構人際關係的此機會。

The deadline for submission is July 29, 2011.
All proposals are subject to review by the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the highest quality of the conference program. Please note that due to limited speaking slots, preference is given to pharmaceutical and biotech companies, regulators and those from academia. Additionally, vendors/consultants who provide products and services to these biopharmaceutical companies are offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.
