蛋白質的精製和回收

以使用改革「已實證效果」手法的蛋白質精製技術之主題為重點的此部會,預定進行由專家介紹因應運用生產率高的細胞培養技術衍生出的各種要求能獲得的經驗等個案研究。此外,透過有關affinity tag、電氣泳動法、離心分離、過濾、層析法 (chromatography)、導入卓越作業(operational excellence)計畫製程效率化等詳細的發表,除公布使精製製程最佳化的方法外,加上以往型的哺乳類系,亦介紹包含因應大腸菌和桿狀病毒科(Baculoviridae)、酵母等「特殊」系各種發現系的精製技術。
