Mr. Berriman leads a team of experts with industry experience and market vision to perform an important role in strategic market direction and the product/technology road maps of the company. Most recently, he led both fixed and wireless broadband projects in Hong Kong and overseas, including broadband television and the United Kingdom's broadband wireless project. Mr. Berriman previously worked in consulting as managing director of Arthur D. Little's Hong Kong office and previously with his own consulting business, Contactica, which he sold to Arthur D. Little in 1999.

Mr. Louie leads a team of professional engineers for the development of network technologies, applications for new telecom and ISP/ICP services, network architecture covering the areas of broadband core and access, ISP platform and services, content delivery network and applications, interactive television services, transmission systems, network maintenance, and support systems. He is project director for the development and deployment of key projects: interactive television (iTV), now.com.hk, IPTV (now broadband TV), metro IP, IP-VPN, NGN, next-generation fixed line, and convergent services (PCCW convergence).
Raghu Puri

Mr. Puri is the first general manager of Scientific-Atlanta (Shanghai) Company Ltd., a wholly foreign-owned enterprise (WFOE) of Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. The Scientific-Atlanta (Shanghai) company subsidiary, originally operated since 1993 as a joint-venture company, will focus its business initiatives on developing and manufacturing digital technology products for the burgeoning China market and extending that technology for applications all across Asia. Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Puri was responsible for strategy development and execution for Scientific-Atlanta's transmission networks business.
David Strehlow

Mr. Strehlow has been helping leading technology companies launch new products, services, and businesses for nearly two decades. He has been responsible for establishing Modulus Video's IPTV business worldwide across multiple markets and for developing major partner relationships with companies such as Microsoft, Motorola, and Alcatel. Prior to joining Modulus in 2004, Mr. Strehlow held interim executive leadership roles as a consultant of Woodside, LLC, advising a number of companies through transitional periods.
Roland Vlaicu

Dolby
After working as a project manager on the introduction of Dolby Digital 5.1 audio at German commercial broadcast station ProSieben, Mr. Vlaicu joined Dolby Laboratories UK in July 2000 as a broadcast consultant, where he was in charge of broadcast business development for Dolby audio technology in Europe and Asia. He was also a key player in the successful launch of the Dolby E format. In October 2006, Mr. Vlaicu was appointed to his current position. In the past six months, he had provided supports to the launch of Dolby Digital in IPTV services in BT, Deutsche Telecom, and AT&T HD IPTV services.
