從2002年首次舉辦以來，毎年召開之Bio-IT World Conference & Expo己經成為一個重要會議，專門對生物醫學研究與藥物發明研究相關企業，介紹IT與資訊學之各種應用。2009年議程，除了最佳實施案例學習之外，並安排生命科學、醫藥品、臨床、IT專業等領域之技術、研發、與法規相關之口頭發表。3天的會議中，將包含以下平行議程。

Concurrent Tracks

	TRACK 1:	IT Infrastructure & Operations IT基礎設施與運用 資料的準備、獲得、管理、整合、分析，以及包括HTS、生物醫學研究、平台與儲存設計之IT基礎設施／運用業務。
	TRACK 2:	Informatics for Genomic Medicine 基因醫療用之資訊學 利用資訊學工具、科學、以及統計學，從醫藥及臨床資料中取得最大量之知識，藉以作為基因、生物標記偵測、以及標靶發現。
	TRACK 3:	Predictive and in silico Science 預測科學與模擬科學 利用模型模擬療法、電腦模擬工具、新藥研發、可預測之生物模擬與模型等，來展現與了解化學及生物學系統。
	TRACK 4:	Clinical and Medical Informatics 計算化学 藉由化學與生物學資料的保存、檢索、分析、利用等資訊學之相互利用，用來提供分子模擬、對位（docking）、結構設計、藥效基團、與QSAR預測。
	TRACK 5:	Clinical and Medical Informatics 臨床以及醫療用資訊學 IT解決方案、理論知識、社會基礎建設，在有效蒐集與分析臨床資料，所扮演之角色。
	TRACK 6:	eHealth Solutions eHealth解決方案 整合生命科學、IT、以及一般保健，用來支援照護傳遞過程、次世代醫療用IT，以及個人醫療解決方案。

This meeting is designed to be highly interactive with lectures, panel discussions, and various receptions as a way to facilitate networking opportunities and hearing differing views and perspectives on poignant issues facing the industry today.

Please note that due to limited speaking slots, preference is given to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Additionally, as per the program policy, a select number of vendors/consultants who provide products and services to these biopharmaceutical companies are offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.
