Abstract
Total contract values for global managed network services announced by telecoms operators in the second half of 2007 exceeded $1.35 billion, excluding billion dollar mega-deals. In the second of our six-monthly surveys of MNC global services contracts, we have estimated values for global networking deals based on operator information. We have included global IT outsourcing contracts where these include significant communications services as part of the deal.
