Abstract
The UK has one of the most competitive broadband markets in the world. To date this competition has resided largely at a retail level, but a number of players are now deploying their own LLU-based network. Many companies see this as a necessary step for the delivery of advanced broadband services such as IPTV, and therefore the market will see a number of such launches throughout 2007.
