This is the only report of its kind on the market and it provides an overview of the auction in a spreadsheet format that gives the industry observer a "score card" on each bidder for 700 MHz spectrum under the following criteria: (1) probable licenses sought by the bidder, (2) type of business of the bidder (telco, ISP, cellular, etc), and (3) bidder web site and FCC Registration Number.
