Abstract
This IDC study presents a first look in 2008 at the collaborative applications market over a 10-year period, with five-year forecasts (2008-2012) and historical sizings (2003-2007) of the collaborative applications market in terms of worldwide license and maintenance revenue (combined) by five submarkets (integrated collaborative environments, messaging applications, conferencing applications, team collaborative applications, and other collaborative applications). This study does not contain all submarket forecasts, geographic region segmentation, vendor-specific revenue or market shares, which are to be published in separate studies during 2008.
