Abstract
This IDC study provides IDC' s analysis of business outsourcing contracts for the five-year period from 2002 to 2006. The study draws directly from IDC' s Worldwide Service Contract Analysis offering, which is one of the largest and richest repositories of services contracts in the market. This document provides detailed information on size of deals, length of deals, industries, geographic coverage, and vendors. Additionally, this study provides detailed analysis on trends affecting the business outsourcing market and contract opportunities as well as guidance on how players can compete most effectively.
